We brought eight disconnected pipelines into one order process and connected courier delivery through Telegram. The team entered its busiest season with orders, payments and delivery statuses in one system.
We reorganised a website of 300 disconnected pages around four clear sections. A new homepage, simpler navigation and a consistent shop helped visitors find the right practices, products and booking information.
We built Russian and English storefronts, connected the CRM and inventory system, and set up payments in three currencies. The brand received a connected sales system for Russia, the UAE and international orders.
From a product catalogue to a working sales system
We rebuilt the B2B supplier’s website and catalogue, added an English version and connected enquiries and calls to the CRM. Buyers could assess the company, and the sales team could follow each enquiry through to a contract.
