Ecommerce consulting

A good online store needs the order to work all the way through, including the parts the customer never sees.

The checkout is only the beginning

Product information, stock, payments, order handling and delivery all shape the same customer experience. We examine them together. The goal is a store your customers can buy from and a process your team can reliably operate.

What we work on

A customer journey review

We examine how people choose, compare, order and get help, including mobile journeys and failed or cancelled orders.

An operating blueprint

Responsibilities, system boundaries and data flows between the website, CRM and inventory or accounting tools.

A practical delivery plan

Prioritised changes to the storefront and supporting processes, with acceptance checks for the full order journey.

How the work takes shape

  1. Trace real orders

Start with successful, failed and unusual orders. Check where data is entered twice, lost or interpreted differently.

  2. Design the connections

Define the source of truth for stock, payment and order status. Decide which events move between systems and what happens if an exchange fails.

  3. Test the exceptions

Check cancellations, refunds, unavailable products and manual orders alongside the happy path. Launch with a clear owner for follow-up.

For retail brands preparing a launch, entering another market or outgrowing a patchwork of storefronts and spreadsheets.

A few useful answers

Can you work across more than one market?

Our THE U project connected Russian and English storefronts with different payment flows and a shared sales operation. Each new market still needs its own operational and commercial assessment.

Do you work only with Tilda?

Tilda is part of our experience, not the definition of the service. We select the delivery approach around the requirements and assess each integration before committing to it.
